The rumors about the mobile and console version of the MOBA, League of Legends (LoL), which has been on the agenda for a while, have finally been officially confirmed. The developer of the game Riot Games said that League of Legends: Wild Rift has been under development for a long time .
According to the company, the delay in the official announcement of the new game is due to the fact that Wild Rift was designed and developed from scratch. The game is guaranteed to be no PC port , and is designed to be the most streamlined and comfortable game on the respective platforms.

Wild Rift promises faster matches considering the platforms it will broadcast. With the appropriate control schemes for mobile platforms and consoles, the game will be both familiar and new in terms of content. Stating that we can do 5 to 5 matches in Summoner’s Rift, which is the biggest map of LoL, Riot Games stated that 40 champions in LoL squad will be included in the mobile version but new characters will be added to the game in the future.
Alpha and beta versions of the game is said to be released in China in the coming months. The company said Wild Rift will be released to the rest of the world by the end of 2020. The statement underlines that we can make all the champions in the game downloadable for free, playable without paying a single penny .
