The Orbi Wi-Fi router products of the Netgear family have carried an interesting design element with oval tower designs so far, but the new mesh router system has made the design much smaller and more square.
These small Wi-Fi gadgets, 10 x 7 cm in size, stand on the table tops and walls more elegant than any other device. The small size also comes with the lack of performance and the unsupported Wi-Fi 6 .
Although there is not much information about how powerful the new Orbi models are, Netgear says that the maximum speed of 400Mbps on 2.4GHz and 866Mbps on 5GHz can be reached and the kit consisting of a router + a satellite can distribute Wi-Fi to 280 square meters.
The new Orbi models come at a very affordable price compared to Netgear’s flagship Wi-Fi 6 package. The RBK12 coded binary package is sold for $ 149, while the triple RBK13 package costs $ 229 . Netgear’s website also lists a quad package, but it is not yet possible to purchase it.
